About the program
Coaching & Community
Weekly Group Coaching Sessions: Join us for up to four executive coach-led sessions per month. We know you're busy and will record the content for any sessions you miss. Our model is to provide you with ongoing access to your coach and group without requiring you to attend every session.
Curriculum + Discussion:
Each coaching meeting will be structured to include both curriculum content and group coaching discussion. Much of the meeting will be dedicated to addressing the specific topics and challenges that group members are currently facing. Some sessions will be more heavily focused on facilitated content, while others will be more heavily focused on tackling real time issues.
1-2 Big Issues Per Call:
Each coaching call will focus on tackling 1 to 2 significant issues relevant to your leadership and personal development. This targeted approach ensures that you make meaningful progress.
Personalized Leadership Assessments:This comprehensive package of assessments is designed to enhance your leadership skills, self-awareness, and effectiveness.
Maxwell Method of Growth and Communication Impact Assessment:
Based on John Maxwell's principles, this assessment tool helps you understand your growth and communication style, and how to better understand others. It provides insights into how you can become a more effective and influential leader
Working Genius Assessment:
The Working Genius Assessment uncovers your unique strengths and areas for growth related to creativity, problem-solving and teamwork. This knowledge empowers you to leverage your natural abilities for maximum impact and productivity in your leadership role.
Private Group Chat: You'll be part of a vibrant community of fellow leaders. Access to a closed community forum and private group chat will provide you with a platform for ongoing discussion, support, and networking.
Leadership Resources (to Coach Your Respective Teams): You’ll be able to use our tools and models to support you in coaching and leading your teams effectively. These resources can include training materials, guides, and exercises.
Spiritual Formation Coaching and Resources: Although our process is used daily in non-faith based businesses and corporations and stands alone in adding value without a faith focus, our coaches are Christ-centered leaders with a shared Biblical worldview and value set. You will have an opportunity to integrate and discuss your faith and relationship with God in group coaching sessions and other special equipping opportunities within the program.
Mission Opportunities: Our efforts to help leaders grow, add value to their organizations, and advance God's mission is global. You'll learn about opportunities to serve people on the front lines of meaningful Kingdom mission work virtually and/or in person.
Support and Accountability: You’ll have the opportunity to commit to the group actions you’ll take in between sessions and report back in subsequent sessions.
