The discouraging news is many people settle for “less than” what is possible and leave meaningful results on the table. The good news is it doesn’t have to be that way! This is the very reason I founded P2R. The mission of P2R is to help people bridge the gap betweentheir current results and the potential that lies within them.

Over the past 15 years I have had the privilege of serving in executive level leadership positions in both the for-profit and non-profit sector – both secular and faith-based. What has become abundantly clear is the truth in the statement that John Maxwell says regularly, “Everything rises and falls on leadership.” It has also become clear that although some people seem to be born with greater leadership abilities than others, everyone can grow in their ability to lead themselves and others. Everyone can improve their influence and increase their impact.

Through this experience and by becoming a certified trainer, speaker and coach on the John Maxwell Team I have discovered that my primary passion and gifting is helping people do this very thing – overcoming ineffective thinking that keeps them from their best and helping people grow in their ability to connect with, lead and influence those around them.

Through leadership training, executive coaching and comprehensive life coaching it is the goal of P2R to help you move from where you are to where you want to be. The leadership principles we teach work in any environment with any audience – ranging from faith-based churches to publicly traded corporations.
